Even in 1/72, the Hook is impressively big, and Trumpeter seems to have done her justice. The kit features an acceptably detailed cockpit, enough detail in the cargo area to prevent the model from looking like an empty shell if you drop the cargo ramp, and pre-drooped rotors. The cargo ramp, loadmaster's hatch and hellhole can all be posed open. Decals are given for three marking options: a plain-jane "B 49," a more colorful "2" with yellow stripe and orange ID markings, and a Texas Army National Guard aircraft.
