This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Here's a lovely prepainted PVC figure of a "Mecha Musume" (mechanical girl) version of a Russian MiG-60. She first appeared as a trading figure in volume 2 of the Mecha Musume trading figure series back in April 2006 and now returns in a bigger 1/9 scale and in a slightly different pose. A custom display base is included for stability.
Note: Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
