This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
Here's a cool toy, and artistic, too! Think "Lite Brite," but without the light...and you have Dots Start! You get panels filled with holes, and brightly colored pegs that fit into those holes...what can be created is entirely up to you! Includes 2,240 pegs in 17 colors (in the ratios illustrated below), eight hole-filled panels (two colors, four of each color...colors not specified), eight bases (again, two colors, four of each color...colors not specified), eight joint parts, and a small construction manual (in Japanese). Great for kids, or artists of all ages!
