Takara Tomy introduces their new Trans Scanning lineup, starting with the main star of the 2007 "Transformers" live action movie, Autobot leader Optimus Prime! In the movie, Optimus Prime descended to Earth in his native Protoform along with his Autobot soldiers after receiving the signal from Bumblebee. Optimus Prime scanned a passing semi-truck and took on a new alternate mode to blend in with vehicles on Earth. This set includes a fully articulated core figure body with Protoform and Earth Mode armor parts that can be attached to the core body to display either of his designs. Protoform Optimus Prime can transform into entry mode, while Earth Mode Optimus Prime can transform into vehicle mode. Highly articulated for hours of posing fun!
