This item is a completed action toy designed for collectors. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
In the "Beast Wars" series, the young Maximal Cheetas (a.k.a. Cheetor outside of Japan) performs jungle patrol duty to scout for Predacon activity. Capable of switching between his cheetah and robot modes, this transformable action figure of Cheetas features chrome parts for his head and double "Cheemerang" Cutters, plus his cheetah head's eyes will change color and his mouth will open and close when a lever is pressed. His double "Cheemerang" Cuttters can be stored on the side of each lower leg, and his tail can be used as a handheld weapon.
Initially released in the U.S. in Hasbro's "Transformers: Universe" toy line, Cheetas and other Transformers in this "Henkei! Henkei! Transformers" line are redecorated by Takara Tomy for the Japanese market with a different color scheme for a more accurate resemblance to their counterparts in the "Transformers" animated shows. Each toy in this series also features chrome-plated parts and comes in Japanese packaging.
