This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Tamiya goes modern with this release of one of the most modern versions of the mighty M1A2 Abrams, the TUSK I/II! "TUSK" stands for Tank Urban Survival Kit, and consists of a series of improvements to the Abrams such as reactive armor, slat armor, protected weapons systems, and more, all intended to improve fighting ability and survivability in urban environments.
Tamiya's kit fetaures fantastic detail with ease of assembly, meaning you can have a great model of this massive urban fighter built and on your shelf (not in your closet!) in no time and with no hassle! The turret, upper hull, and other TUSK-specific equipment parts are all newly-tooled. Can be built as either a TUSK I or TUSK II vehicle. Includes two figures and markings for 2 TUSK I vehicles and 1 TUSK II vehicle.
