1/35 JGSDF Infantry Iraq Humanitarian Assistance Team

The JGSDF infantry has recently begun to appear frequently in the media. This kit depicts men in the latest style of uniform and equipment which have been deployed in Iraq in the cause of humanitarian assistance. The basic battle dress is the tropical type. Over it every figure wears the new body armor with lots of loop riggings on the front and back. The modular pouches, magazine pouch, radio pouch etc., can be attached to these loops. Reflecting the special nature of the mission in Iraq, the kit contains a dose meter as well. One of the figures (the MG gunner) can be put into the turret of the JGSDF Light Armored Vehicle (TAM35275). In addition to the basic Type 89 rifles and a MINIMI machine gun, a Panzerfaust 3 (110mm rocket launcher) is included. Decals for the national insignias are included, too. Very useful figures for your diorama!
