Tamiya's new variation on their fine Steyr 1500A kit is the Kommanderwagen VIP car. Of course it's just as superbly detailed as the first release, but this variant allows for the cabriolet top to be positioned up or down, and the trunk and doors to be open or closed. Jerry cans for the rear fenders, too. Also comes with three figures, including a driver, general, and other officer, as well as a telescope and other detail parts for the car interior. Decals are included for three different vehicles. Photo-etched grille parts also available. Totally Tamiya!
