Designed specifically for the Le Mans 24-hour Endurance Race, this vehicle was a joint effort between Nissan and TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing). Three were entered in the 1997 event, and one placed top in the time trials, though only one managed to finish the event.
The kit includes all the detail that has been standard of late in this series of kits from Tamiya, including a fully detailed engine and suspension with removable rear cowl. Front wheels turn. Rubber tires and more. Includes adhesive masking shields for easily painting window frames, too.
