A beautiful variation of the Lotus 79 Formula One race car, depicting the 1979 Martini version.

Tamiya follows up on its recent 1978 Lotus Type 79 with the 1979 Martini version! The kit features tons of amazing detail, right down to the complicated suspension and Ford DVS engine. Includes metal air funnel cover parts to further enhance the detail. This release includes a driver figure, too!  Markings are provided for the #1 Mario Andretti and #2 Carlos Reuteman cars as run in the 1979 British and German GPs. Tire markings not included.
