Tamiya's superb engineering skills have turned out a perfect model of the YZR500. The kit is everything you'd expect, with full under-cowl detail, all engine and control lines accurately duplicated, and moving wheels and front fork. A stand is included as well. This is a late-1999 release, including decals to mark the machine as the Antena 3 sponsored machine ridden by "Norick" Abe, one of Japan's top riders. He placed 3rd in Japan and Germany with this machine in 1999.
