This item is a completed action toy designed for collectors. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
This "Pepsi-powered Convoy rolls into action to quench the thirst of all sentient beings!" So says the box. Well, freaky as it sounds, it is indeed a Convoy, and it is a Transformer, and it does transform from a Pepsi Tanker in vehicle mode, into robot mode. You, however, have to provide the Pepsi bottle, cans, or bottle-cap figures (as you like) for it to haul around in vehicle mode. Or be a rebel and put Coke products on it and see Convoy's head explode, you know, whatever. In vehicle mode, Convoy measures about 30cm long.
