This is a single piece from the Mononofu Vol. 4 collectible series of 1/10 models of armor and helmets from around the world, as shown below (boxes of 18 pieces are linked below). Volume 4's lineup features 12 different types, plus three secret types, for a total of 15 possible types to collect.
