This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Mikuru Nazume is not just any ordinary high school student. As an agent for Minkei, a secret division of the National Police Agency, she aims to catch criminals without any bloodshed. Based on an illustration by Sora Inoue, this gorgeous prepainted PVC figure presents Mikuru in 3D with amazing detail and uncommonly good paint application! A round display base is included. Ready for display right out of the box! Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
