The softcover book begins with an 8-page color section of screen captures of various mecha and characters, gameplay from the "Mobile Police Patlabor -Game Edition-" Playstation game, and illustrations for the covers of both Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 of Studio DNA's Patlabor Perfect Establishment Data books. The main content is black-and-white design sketches of characters, mecha, and backgrounds, with footnotes and a short description for each sketch. All text is in Japanese. Softcover with dust jacket.
