A pre-painted and pre-assembled model of the I-25 "submersible aircraft carrier". The I-25 carried 1 Glen light reconnaissance aircraft, which it used to reconnoiter Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart, Australia as well as Auckland, New Zealand in 1942. The I-25 is also in the history books as the ship that launched the first aerial bombardment of the continental United States when its Glen dropped two small incendiary bombs on Oregon in a failed attempt to start massive forest fires.
