A pre-painted and pre-assembled model of the I-17 "submersible aircraft carrier", which participated in both the attack on Pearl Harbor as well as the "War off California" in which she suceeded only in damaging a couple of Merchant vessels. She was lost in a battle with allied aircraft off Australia in late 1943.
