This item is an injection-plastic ship model kit. 238 parts. 18.6cm long when completed. Click here for sizing chart.
Able to cruise over land or water at speeds up to 40 knots and carrying up to 60 tons of payload, the LCAC (Landing Craft, Air Cushioned) greatly expands the capabilities of the US Navy. Pit-Road's LCAC kit features fine molding and exquisite detailing throughout, with photo-etched metal parts included to enhance the detail even further. The air cushion is rendered in soft black vinyl. Includes a big sheet of decals and a full-color decal placement and painting guide (all text is in Japanese). A joint project with Trumpeter, this is an excellent kit of an interesting subject!
