This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

This is not a new sculpt; New Line released the "reading Rei" kit a long time ago. But this completed version, with a base and PenPen is new, and it's quite lovely! Made of coldcast resin, completed and painted, so you don't need to do any work yourself! Rei measures 12.5 cm to the top of her head.
