This is the only 1/48 Nick available, and while not a new kit, it still holds up very well. While the detail may not be "state of the art," it is entirely acceptable even for an out-of-the-box build, and superdetailers can have a field day! Panel lines and rivets are fine and recessed. When you think about it, 1800 yen for a decently detailed, large twin-engined fighter in 1/48 scale is actually a pretty good deal. And where else are you going to get a 1/48 Nick?
