This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Identical to the previously-released resin kit, this completed and painted polystone model features Hoshino Ruri in a cute French maid costume, mistakenly labelled 'Gothic Lolita', which has become all the rage these days. Go figure. Still, it's cute, and hey, you get to check out her underpants. Some minor assembly will probably be required as is usually the norm with these figures (installing ponytails, for example, and mounting the figure to the base) but otherwise this is a completed and painted figure, ready for display!
Note: Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
