This adorable Chopper is 19cm tall, and he's hollow and has a pump attached to the top of his hat, so he can dispense shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, or whatever you want! A small hollow plastic Luffy Pirates skull-and-crossbones is included, to float in the liquid inside Chopper to let you know when it's time for a refill. It should be noted that, for some reason, this Chopper has no ears-! Quantities are limited--hurry!Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype; the production version may vary.
