Cordless Electric Drill

Handy little hobby drill is a kit in itself -- all the workings are included in the box as well as the sturdy plastic shell, but you've got to put it all together yourself before using it. According to the instructions, it takes about 30 minutes to assemble -- after which you'll have the power in your hand to drill or grind your plastic, resin, or wooden pieces (or do just about anything you could do with a standard rotary tool). Three collets are included for different bit sizes. Requires 4-AA batteries, not included. As always, when using power tools, be sure to take appropriate safety precautions, because it stops being fun when someone loses an eye.
