This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

The embodiment of the tragedy of war, "Blue Nova" Ramba Ral is now memorialized as this sharply sculpted PVC figure with incredible detail and finish that add to the quality presentation. The veteran lieutenant who bedeviled White Base stands a majestic 22cm tall on the included small rock base for his right foot. His helmet is also provided. A marvelous representation of the classic character that's not to be missed!
