This is a fixed-pose figure from the Portrait. Of. Pirates series.
In a recent conversation in the office, one of our hardcore aircraft guys said to me, and I paraphrase, "There's only one anime girl that I've ever considered hot, and that's Nami, from One Piece." Who could disagree that she's hot? The folks at MegaHouse obviously don't -- this is the second figure of Nami they've produced in this line of fabulous prepainted PVC figures! Naturally, she comes with a custom base for display, too.
