This is a completed toy designed for children.
Trafalgar Law's submarine now joins MegaHouse's line of sweetly stylized pirate ship-shaped banks! She's designed to safeguard up to 20 Japanese 500-yen coins (U.S. quarter coins will be no problem), and features an openable rear hatch for when you want to make a withdrawal. Simply pop in her rudder, masts and sails to complete assembly. A stand and cute mini-figures of Law, Bepo and a crew member are included!
