Not precisely plush, this "action" doll of Willy Wonka depicts the pallid weirdo as depicted by Johnny Depp in the Tim Burton film version of the Roald Dahl story! Dressed to the nines with a long maroon corduroy coat over a trim black suit and paisley shirt, with a golden "W" at his throat and metal chains at his waist, he's got vinyl "gloves", a vinyl head/hair/top hat, vinyl boots, and his walking stick. He measures about 43 cm tall to the top of his top hat (that's about 17 inches).
