This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

That smooth-movin' bad boy Black Pegasus scores his own mini-figure from Medicos! Made of ABS and PVC, and from the same molds as Medicos' Super Figure Pegasus Seiya, limited-edition Black Pegasus measures 9cm (about 3.5 inches) to the top of his raised hand. This gracefully posed figure's upper half can also be attached to the included pegasus motif base!
