This item is a fixed-pose model of a science-fiction/anime item. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
This nicely sculpted mask of the original Ultraman is about 22cm tall (that's a little over 8 1/2 inches; it's not designed to be worn) and comes painted in silver. The set includes a 22cm x 29cm backing board on which to mount the mask. The mask is only the front half of the head, and is not a full head sculpt. The clear base-like object in the photos is not included.
