This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.
Mike & Sulley from Monsters, Inc. are here, and as great Revoltech action figures! Fully articulated and highly detailed, Sulley stands about 12cm tall, and Mike about 5cm tall. Eyes are positionable, and Sulley comes with two faces. Hardhats included!
