This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

The four-faced boxy robot from the "Doko Demo Issho" video game series is realized as this fun Revoltech action figure with revolver joints throughout that allow for infinite posing possibilities! Sculpted by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, Suzuki stands 16cm tall to the top of its red ball antenna, features an amazing 41 points of articulation, and comes with a book, pointing stick, and two types of drills designed by the "Doko Demo Issho" staff for this Revoltech release! A custom display base with joint arm is included to assist with Suzuki's poses.
