Enthralled by Misato Mitsumi's art of Lucia in her "Positive Penguin Life" doujinshi, Bome immediately sought the artist's permission to sculpt the character to produce first as a resin kit sold at Wonder Festival, and now as this gorgeous prepainted PVC figure! Standing 18.5cm tall, Lucia comes with her broadsword and a custom diorama display base. Stunning!
