This sweet PVC figure of Ibara Hime from "Otogi-Jushi Akazukin" comes with an electronic display base and three Elemental cards. Insert an Elemental card into the front opening of the display base, and it will play Ibara Hime's voice! Two AAA batteries (not included) are required for the electronic display base to operate.
