Newtype January 2009 w/Fraulein Revoltech Haruhi Suzumiya Bust Model

One of Japan's top monthly anime magazines, Newtype features color spreads on several of the season's latest anime shows, plus articles on other ongoing anime series, broadcast schedules, interviews, news on upcoming CD and DVD releases, ads for anime-related goodies, and more! This issue spotlights Gundam 00 Second Season and upcoming anime series planned to start airing in 2009, including Kobato, Shangri-La, Summer Wars, Basquash!, Sengoku Basara, White Album, and more. Among this issue's goodies are a Fraulein Revoltech Haruhi Suzumiya Super Meirei ("Command") version bust model, two New Year postcards featuring "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-chan" characters illustrated by Puyo and Eretto, and a reversible January and February 2009 calendar pinup, with the January side featuring "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" art by Noizi Ito, and the February side featuring a Yoshikazu Yasuhiko illustration of Amuro Ray and Char Aznable from "Mobile Suit Gundam."
