This is a fully completed and painted figure.
In her role as the Goddess of Wind, Xecty from "Shining Wind" lets the breeze lift her up as her hair and her skirt flow softly down behind her. This gorgeous figure, based on an illustration by Tony, stands about 36cm tall, measured to the top of her upraised left hand. She was masterfully sculpted by Hirotoshi Nakamura, who captured the flowing fabric of her brief costume perfectly!
