This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Limited to only 2,500 pieces! Continuing Kotobukiya's commemoration of the release of the "Togainu no Chi: True Blood" PS2 game, here's super-deformed Arbitro! Sculpted by Kouei Matsumoto, based on Yuupon's illustration, mysterious masked Arbitro stands 13cm tall and has a rose at the ready. This swirly-eyed soft vinyl figure is nicely finished and comes with a clear purple display base. Quantities are limited, so don't miss out!
