The Mayor of Halloweentown is more honest than most politicians--he freely acknowledges that he's two-faced! This awesome action figure allows you to rotate his head to present either face; there's also a megaphone, two spare hands, two rolled-up proclamations, a cat-and-pumpkin diagram, and a stand. Frightfully fun for everyone!
