An interesting anti-ship weapon design used by Italy in WWII. Using modified speedboats, the idea was to fly full throttle toward an enemy ship, then bail out the back of the boat 100 meters before impact. Sounds like a pretty tough assignment to me, but apparently these boats were used successfully by the 10th MAS fleet in operations against the British Navy at Crete and Malta. Includes one figure and a fret of photo-etched metal detail parts.
