Hasegawa fills a very important gap in their (and the world's!) aircraft kit lineup with this all-new, modern tooling of this Vietnam-era standard fighter-bomber, the Navy's first practical supersonic fighter. The kit is the very versatile, all-weather 'E' model, which could haul up to 4,000 lbs of ordnance on underwing pylons. The kit is, as usual, a crisp, faithuful reproduction of this plane, and of course its distinctive tilting wing can be assembled in the up or down position. Flaps and slats are positionable. Comes with a pilot figure, Zuni rocket launchers and decals for four different aircraft, two from the VF-191 "Satan's Kittens" and two from the VF-194 "Red Lightnings," all based on USS Ticonderoga. Shigeo Koike box art.
