This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Attack helicopters are not the most graceful looking aircraft. Full of odd angles with lumps and bumps, exposed rivets and panels they are a real challenge to replicate in an accurate scale kit - until now. The masters at Hasegawa have captured every angle, rivet, panel and detail of one of the most dangerous aircraft on the battlefield and rendered them into this accomplishment of mold making genius.
Features include rotating main and tail rotors with incredibly detailed rotor heads, optional open canopy panels exposing the amazing detailed cockpit with figures for both pilot and gunner, full load of 8 radar guided Hellfire anti-armor missiles and rocket pods and markings to replicate any of the AH-64D models in service.
Thanks to Hasegawa for this one. Now where is the 1/48 Kiowa so we can have a hunter-killer team?
