1/350 IJN Aircraft Carrier Akagi Super Detail Set

Take your 1/350 Hasegawa Akagi to the highest levels of realism with this fantastic set of photo-etched metal detail parts! The Super Detail Set features three huge frets of PE parts to create the incredibly intricate latticework under the fore and aft flight deck sections, plus trusses, stanchions, and other support structures, as shown below. Also includes white metal mantlets for the bridge, plus a beautiful aluminum nameplate finished in gold, with the inscription "Nihon Kaigun Kokubokan Akagi" ("Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier Akagi") in Japanese. We saw this set installed on a finished Akagi at a recent model show, and it knocked our socks off!
