Hasegawa continues their line of "new" 1/48 Fw190s (heavily reworked Dragon kits) with the first "long nose" variant, the A-5. This kit continues the tradition of high detail and accuracy seen in the A-3 and A-4 releases, and features markings for "Pips" Priller's Black 13 flown while he was commander of JG26 in mid-1943. Also included is a very nicely done 1/48 model of the BMW 327 convertible with a standing "Pips" Priller figure. Just add a base and you'll have a complete diorama of one of the more famous photos of the time.
