Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit which includes some resin parts.
Hasegawa's P-51D with resin conversion parts to make the 1947-48 test version. This was a truly one-of-a-kind aircraft that was lost in 1948 when the engines flamed out and the aircraft caught fire. It was safely landed, but the aircraft was a write-off.
