Launched in 2004, the Jimmy Carter was the third and final of the Sea Wolf-class submarines. Its Multi-Mission Platform (MMP) hull insert makes it about 30 meters longer than the standard Sea Wolf-class sub. The MMP gives the Jimmy Carter the ability to perform a wide variety of missions.
Sharply molded in 10 pieces for ease of assembly. Includes two sails (conning towers)--one with all periscopes and other equipment extended, and the other with it all retracted. Also includes a nice stand with nameplate.
