The M706 Armored Car, also known as the V-100 Commando or XM706E2, was used in Vietnam for reconnaissance, convoy escort, base perimeter defense, and other security duties. Armed with two machine guns in a small turret, the type was used by the US Army, US Air Force, ARVN, and Thai forces. This kit represents an improved version.
This kit from Hobby Boss features fine molding and sharp detail, with photo-etched metal detail parts and metal chain included to enhance the detail even further. Tires are soft vinyl. Clear parts are provided for the vision blocks and lights. Includes interior and suspension detail. Markings are provided for one vehicle. No figures are provided.
