This is a posable action figure from the Nendoroid series.
The demonic butler Sebastian Michaelis from "Kuroshitsuji" has become Nendoroid-ized! Now he's a mere 9cm tall and cute as can be. He comes with three different facial expressions, four arms and an additional spare hand, a black cat (none too happy-looking), and a base. He's got basic articulation in his head, legs and arms.
