This is a posable action figure from the Nendoroid series.

The sweet-tooth detective L now joins the Nendoroid line! Sculpted by Takumi Abe of Kapone Brigade in cooperation with Nendoron, 10cm L comes with three optional facial expressions, sitting body, interchangeable left arm holding a mobile phone, a pair of handcuffs that can be strapped to Nendoroid Light Yagami (linked below), a clear display base, and a chair. L has very basic articulation in at least his neck, shoulders, and legs. Check out the rest of the Nendoroid-ized "Death Note" characters, linked below! Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects.
