A Sendai-class light cruiser commissioned in 1925, the Naka served throughout the Pacific until she was sunk by aircraft from the USS Bunker Hill and USS Cowpens 35 miles west of Truk in 1944, with the loss of more than half her crew. This waterline kit from Fujimi is sharply molded in gray styrene and includes a nice fret of photo-etch for the railings, masts, funnel caps, catapults, and more.
