Product Overview:

This item is a set of plastic or metal wheels and rubber-like tires for detailing car models. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

A set of four 13-inch Speedstar Mark I chrome wheels with black vinyl slick tires (two narrow and two wide) and instructions in Japanese and English. Cannot be used on kits that utilize screws or polycaps to attach the wheels.
