This item is a set of plastic or metal wheels and rubber-like tires for detailing car models. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

A set of four unpainted white styrene Super Volk wheels with black vinyl tires (two narrow and two wide) with two screws for mounting, and instructions in Japanese and English. Cannot be used with models using polycaps (well, not without a bit of extra work, anyway...but isn't that what car customizing is all about?).
